Rasmalai Recipe



Ingredients:-
  • Milk powder - 1 cup
  • Egg - 1
  • Madia -1 tbsp
  • Baking powder - 1 tsp
  • Ghee -1 tsp
  • Milk - 5 cups
  • Sugar - To taste
  • (Add required amount of sugar to milk)
  • Cardamon powder - ½ tsp
  • Badam powder - 3 tsp
  • Saffron - A pinch
  • Pista - 8 - 9
  • (Make into small pieces)


Method:-
  1. In a vessel add milk & boil for 10 mins.
  2. Add cardamom, saffron and let it boil on slow flame.
  3. Mix milk powder, maida, baking powder, add lightly beaten egg and ghee.
  4. Knead into a dough (Don't add water).
  5. Make 20-22 small balls and little flatten it. Put these balls into a boiling milk and cook for 10 -15 mins or till cooks.
  6. Remove from heat.
  7. Garnish it with finely chopped pista & cool it and keep it fridge for 12 hrs.
