Corn Vegetable Sandwich

Corn Vegetable Sandwich


Ingredients:-
  • Sandwich bread - 4 slices
  • Butter - to apply on the slices
  • Cucumber, finely chopped - 1 tbsp
  • Tomatoes, finely chopped - 1 tbsp
  • Potatoes, boiled, peeled and finely chopped - 1 tbsp
  • Oil - 1 tsp
  • Capsicum, finely chopped - 1 tbsp
  • Onion, finely chopped - 1 tbsp
  • Corn pods, boiled - 1 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds a pinch
  • Soya sauce - 1 tsp
  • Salt and Pepper - to taste
  • Tomato Ketchup - to serve
  • Mayonnaise - as required




Method:-
  1. Butter the breads and keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan. Add the cumin seeds and let them crackle.
  3. Add the onions and let them sauté till they turn pink.
  4. Add the capsicum and cook for a minute
  5. Add the other vegetables and cook for 2 minutes on medium flame.
  6. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well and cook for a minute.
  7. Spoon the filling and spread evenly on 2 slices of bread.
  8. Spread mayonnaise, if using.
  9. Cover with the other two slices.
  10. Grill and pack it wrapped with a foil.
