Banana Bread Recipe Without Baking Soda
Imagine a bread recipe that has no business with baking soda but just banana. This is what this recipe is all about; to give you a delicious bread that makes it possible to have a feel of something amazing on the table when it comes to bread.


Ingredient

  • 3-5 overripe bananas
  • 1/3 cup of melted butter
  • ½ cup of brown sugar
  • ½ cup of sugar
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon of imitation vanilla extract
  • 3 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 1 ½ cups of flour

Direction of Preparation



1.  You should preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2.  It s time for you to mash all bananas in a medium bowl.

3.  You should add the butter, egg and vanilla extract.

4.  Pour the batter into the  loaf pan when you get a blended mixture resembling really chunky tapioca pudding.

5.   Bake at 350 degrees F until a tester inserted into center comes out clean, it’s about 60 minutes.

6.   Let it rest in the pan at least 15 minutes, then turn it out onto a cake rack to cool completely before slice to serve.
