Indian Veg Puffs Recipe

Indian Veg Puffs

Preparation Time: 50 Minutes
Serves: 4 people

Ingredients:-
  • 1 pack of Frozen Malaysian Paratha
  • 1 Potato boiled
  • 1/4 cup chopped Green Pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped Red Pepper
  • 4 tsp chopped Carrot
  • 1 cup chopped Spinach
  • 1/4 cup frozen Green Peas
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped Onion
  • 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp Chat masala
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice


Method:-
  1. Boil potato, peel and chop in to small chunks.
  2. Take out Malaysian Paratha from fridge and keep outside for 40 mts.
  3. Heat oil in a pan add chopped onions and fry till onion becomes translucent.
  4. Add ginger garlic paste and cook till raw smell from ginger garlic goes away.
  5. Add carrot, green pepper and red pepper and cook for 2 minutes.
  6. Add coriander powder, red chilli powder, mix and cook for another 2 mts.
  7. Add spinach, mix and cook for 2 mts.
  8. Add boiled potato, mix, salt, chat masala, frozen green peas, mix.
  9. Add lemon juice and garam masala, mix. stuffing is ready.
  10. Divide paratha in two parts, stuff filling, seal the edges by applying some water.
  11. Bake on 400 deg Fahrenheit for 30 mts.
