Ingredients:-
  • 1¼ cup Butter, at room temperature
  • 1/3 cup Brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup White sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla essence
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 1 Egg
  • 11/3 cup Plain flour, sifted
  • ¼ tsp Baking powder, dissolved in 2 tsp hot water
  • 1 cup Chopped nuts
  • 175 gm Chocolate chips

  • Rice flour - 2 tbsp
  • Corn flour - 1 tbsp
