Cashew Nut Cookies

Cashew Nut Cookies

Ingredients:-
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 2 cups flour,
  • 1 tsp flaxseed meal, optional
  • ¼ cup cornstarch
  • 1 cup confectioner's sugar
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • ½ cup chopped cashew nuts




Method:-
  1. Preheat the oven to 350F and grease two baking sheets.
  2. Mix the butter and peanut butter in a bowl. Add sugar, cornstarch, and flour. Mix well to make a soft dough. Divide the dough into 25 small balls. Place the balls on the baking sheet. Press the tops of the balls of dough flat then press a few of the cashew nuts into each of the cookie.
  3. Bake the cookies for 18 minutes. Leave to cool for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
