Kesar Badam Pista Kulfi

Preparation Time: 50 Minutes
Serves: 6 Persons

Ingredients:-
  • Creamy milk – 8 cups
  • Green Cardamom – 12
  • Granulated sugar – 1 cup

  • 1 pack of Frozen Malaysian Paratha
  • 1 Potato boiled

  • Refined flour – 3 tbsp

  • Cheese spread – 3 tbsp
  • Mixed herbs - ½ tsp
  • Ground pepper - ¼ tsp
  • Grated cheese – 3 tbsp
  • Chilled grated butter – 1 tbsp

  • 4 cups boiling-hot water
  • 3 tbsp. spice 'n flavor pickle masala
  • 1/2 cup distilled or cider vinegar

  • 3 tbsp. julienne ginger
  • 3 tbsp. julienne garlic
  • 2 fresh green cayenne or serrano chilies, quartered (optional)

  • 1/2 tsp crushed dried chilies
  • 2 red or yellow peppers, seeded and cut into strips, 1/2 x 11/4 in (1 x 3 cm)
  • 1 red onion, sliced 1/2 in (1 cm) thick
  • 1 lb 5 oz (600 g) paneer, cut into batons, 1/2 x 11/4 in (1 x 3 cm)
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped cilantro leaves
  • 1/2 tsp dried fenugreek leaves, crumbled juice of 1 lemon
  • 2-in (5-cm) piece fresh ginger root, peeled and cut into julienne
