Try Indian Best Rice Chilla Recipe
Preparation Time - 15 to 20 minutes
Serves - 3-4 Persons
Rice Chilla Ingredients :
- Leftover rice – 1 cup
- Gram flour – ½ cup
- Water – 1 cup
- Oil to shallow fry
- Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
- Chopped green chilly – 1 tsp
- Finely chopped tomato – 1
- Ginger long strips – 1 tsp
- Finely chopped onion – 1 medium
- Salt to taste
- Finely chopped coriander leaves – 1 tsp
Rice Chilla Method
- Mix all the ingredients properly.
- Heat a non-stick pan.
- Pour a tbsp of batter and spread evenly to make thin pancakes.
- Cook till brown in color on medium flame.
- Flip and cook again till brown.
- Serve hot with tomato ketchup or coriander chutney.
