- 1 (18.25-ounce) package white cake mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 eggs
- 1 (4-serving size) package strawberry-flavored gelatin
Method:-
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 10-inch Bundt or tube pan with cooking spray; set aside.
- In a medium bowl with an electric mixer on medium speed, beat all ingredients except gelatin 2 minutes, or until creamy. Pour one-third of batter into pan. Sprinkle evenly with half of the gelatin.
- Repeat layers with batter and gelatin then top with remaining batter. Bake 45 to 50 minutes, or until a wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Let cool 5 minutes then invert onto a wire rack to cool completely. Serve, or cover until ready to serve.
