Rice Chilla Recipe


Try Indian Best Rice Chilla Recipe 


Preparation Time - 15 to 20 minutes

Serves -  3-4 Persons


Rice Chilla Ingredients :
  • Leftover rice – 1 cup
  • Gram flour – ½ cup
  • Water – 1 cup
  • Oil to shallow fry
  • Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
  • Chopped green chilly – 1 tsp
  • Finely chopped tomato – 1
  • Ginger long strips – 1 tsp
  • Finely chopped onion – 1 medium
  • Salt to taste
  • Finely chopped coriander leaves – 1 tsp



Rice Chilla Method


  1. Mix all the ingredients properly.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan.
  3. Pour a tbsp of batter and spread evenly to make thin pancakes.
  4. Cook till brown in color on medium flame.
  5. Flip and cook again till brown.
  6. Serve hot with tomato ketchup or coriander chutney.
