Milk Fudge Recipe
Ingredients:-
- 400 g khoa (at room temperature)
- 200 g sweetened condensed milk
- ½ Tsp cardamom powder
- ½ Tsp rose water
- Knead the khoa until thoroughly mixed.
- Transfer the khoa to a nonstick heavy-bottomed pan over moderate heat. Keep stirring for 5 minutes and then add the sweetened condensed milk and combine well. Cook stirring constantly until the mixture thickens into a soft ball and pulls away from the sides of the pan. Add the cardamom and rose water and remove from the heat.
- Spread this mixture on a greased flat surface or a baking sheet. Cut into squares while still warm and allow it to set before serving.
