Milk Fudge Recipe

Ingredients:-
  • 400 g khoa (at room temperature)
  • 200 g sweetened condensed milk 
  • ½ Tsp cardamom powder
  • ½ Tsp rose water



Method:-
  1. Knead the khoa until thoroughly mixed.
  2. Transfer the khoa to a nonstick heavy-bottomed pan over moderate heat. Keep stirring for 5 minutes and then add the sweetened condensed milk and combine well. Cook stirring constantly until the mixture thickens into a soft ball and pulls away from the sides of the pan. Add the cardamom and rose water and remove from the heat.
  3. Spread this mixture on a greased flat surface or a baking sheet. Cut into squares while still warm and allow it to set before serving.
