Sesame Seed Balls Recipes
Ingredients:-
- White Sesame seeds -100 grams
- Jaggery -100 grams
- Ghee - 1 tsp
- Dry roast sesame seeds in a pan on medium heat stirring continuously.
- Roast till it changes color to brown and the seeds pop up.
- Take half a cup of water melt jaggery and filter its impurities.
- Heat 1 tsp of ghee in a pan.
- Add filtered jaggery, heat till it thickens and changes color.
- When it thickens add the sesame seeds to it and mix well.
- Remove from gas.
- Then grease yours hands with ghee and make balls out of it when it is still hot.
