Butter Chicken Recipe

Butter Chicken
Butter Chicken
This is one of the finest chicken menus that you can serve during special occasions. It is not everyone who can cook this special meal. This means that you got the world under your feet when you cook this. The kids would love it and your guests would sneak out to ask for the recipe. Here we go.


Ingredients


  • 700 gms raw chicken

Marinade:
  • 1/2 kg curd
  • 1 tablespoon red chilli powder
  • 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
  • Salt

Gravy:
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp black cumin seeds
  • 100 gm white butter
  • 1/2 tsp crushed fenugreek leaves
  • 75 gm white butter
  • 1/2 kg tomato - pureed
  • 100 gm fresh cream
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • Salt
  • 4 sliced green chillies


Method of cooking

For marinating the chicken: You should mix the red chilli powder, salt ginger garlic paste,and curd together.  The Mmarinade is now ready.

You can mix the chicken which is raw in the marinade and refrigerator overnight.  Toast the marinated chicken in an oven for about 10 minutes until it is half done.
For the chicken gravy:
Heat the  white butter in a pan.  You can add the tomato puree, sugar,black cumin seeds, salt and red chilli powder and mix them. Add the  prepared chicken, sliced green chillies , white butter, fresh cream, and crushed fenugreek leaves.

Finish your cooking and the butter chicken is ready
