Ingredients :
  • French beans – 100 gms
  • Cauliflower – 100 gms
  • Carrots – 100 gms
  • Green peas – 1 cup
  • Potatoes – 3
  • Onions – 3
  • Fresh cream – 1 cup
  • Refined flour – 2 tbsp
  • Milk – 1 cup
  • Tomato ketchup – 4 tbsp
  • Butter – 2 tbsp
  • Chili powder – 1 tsp
  • Ghee for deep frying
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander leaves to garnish

Ingredients:
  • Basmati rice – 1 cup
  • Mixed vegetables, diced (carrots, beans, capsicum, cauliflower) – 1 cup
  • Onions grated – 2 large
  • Crushed ginger – 2 tsp
  • Crushed garlic – 2 tsp
  • Potatoes (sliced into long strips) – 2 (large)
  • Cabbage leaves (cut into large pieces) – 3 leaves
  • Oil to deep fry
  • Ghee – 2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Water – 2 cups
  • Biryani masala – 4 tsp
  • Green cardamom – 2
  • Black cardamom – 2
  • Cloves – 2
  • Cinnamon – 1
  • Mace – 2
  • Peppercorns (coarsely crushed) – 4
  • Curd – ½ cup
  • Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
  • Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
  • Saffron – a few threads
  • Milk – 2 tbsp

  • 1 lb fresh or frozen spinach
  • 1 ½ cup paneer pieces
  • 1 big size Onion
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 tsp corn starch

  • 1 green chilli minced (optional)
  • 1 tsp. Chilli powder
  • 1 tsp. lime/lemon juice
  • salt to taste
  • finely chopped cilantro
  • 2 cups wheat flour

Ingredients:
  • Mutton chops -250 grams Onion -300 gms.
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp (optional)
  • Green chillies - 8 pieces (medium size)
  • Coriander - 1 bunch (big)
  • Black pepper - two spoons
  • Salt to taste. Recipe

Preparation:
  • Finely cut onions and keep aside.
  • Slit green chilies.
  • Coarse grind pepper.
  • Wash coriander. Chop leaves and stems and keep aside.
  • Wash mutton chops. Drain well and keep aside.
