BBQ Chicken Recipe |

Ingredients
- tablespoon of salt
- Neutral oil, this is used for oiling grill grates
- 2 cups BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 2 teaspoons of chile powder
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
- one chicken, cut into ten pieces, backbone removed
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
How to prepare
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
You should prepare a grill to medium-high heat.
Take a small dish, combine the salt,black pepper, chile powder and garlic powder. Brush your chicken with olive oil and sprinkle on its sides with the spice mixture.
You can then brush the grill with oil. This is time for you to place your chicken skin-side down on the grill, you should cook for about five minutes,turn it and cook for another five minutes. Then transfer your chicken to your baking dish, this should be in a single layer.
Pick another bowl, stir everything (the chicken broth and BBQ sauce). You can pour your sauce over your chicken and use foil to cover the baking dish very tightly.
You can bake your chicken until Bake it is through and fork-tender, an additional 40 minutes.
