Chicken Alfredo |
Ingredients:
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 pound fettuccine
- 4 Tablespoons oil
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 pounds boneless chicken breasts
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
Directions for Chicken Alfredo:
- You should heat your oil in a 10 inch skillet.
- You should then cut chicken breast into small strips, add salt and pepper. Cook on medium heat until cooked through.
- Melt the butter, then add the cream and Parmesan cheese.
- Cook over low heat, stirring constantly. Do not boil.
- Mix chicken and Alfredo sauce together.
- Cook fettuccine in 3 quarts boiling water. Drain, pour sauce and chicken over noodles.
