Rotisserie Chicken |
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1/4 tablespoon ground black pepper
- 1 (3 pound) whole chicken
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon salt
Directions : You should season the chicken with pinch of salt. Place your chicken onto the rotisserie and then set your grill on a high temperature and cook for ten minutes.
You can be mixing the butter,pepper, 1 tablespoon of salt and paprika while it is been cooked. Turn the grill down to medium and baste the chicken with the butter mixture.
You should remove from the rotisserie and let stand for 15 minutes before cutting into pieces and serving.
