Chicken Fried Rice |
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 315g cooked white rice, cold
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 140g cooked chicken meat, chopped
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon water
- 15g butter
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
Method of Preparation : You should get a small bowl, you will beat the egg with the water. The next thing is to melt your butter over a medium low heat in a frying pan. You should allow your egg to cook for about two minutes, you can then remove the frying and cut the egg into some strips that are thin.
You should heat the oil, add sauté and onion until they are soft in the same frying pan, add your rice, pepper, chicken, soy sauce and any other flavour and stir fry them for five minutes, stir in the egg and everything is ready.
